Finally a Thai Massage in Bangkok! You might call it the land of smiles but some call it the land of massage. I just went for a long-awaited holiday after my exams that mark the beginning of my summer holidays! While at Bangkok, Thailand, I visited the Oasis Spa Bangkok at Sukhumvit 31 and it is indeed an oasis. The interior of the place looks like a resort, I really want to just rest here forever.

We were greeted by the warm welcome and hospitality of the staff at Oasis Spa, then ushered into the tranquil space. It felt like I entered into another paradise, an escape from the massive traffic jam of the city. (It took me 1.5 hours to get here from my hotel because of the traffic jam)

But, I was told about this special benefit and it could save lives. I will share this tip with you... shh

[Tip]: Oasis Spa provides shuttle bus service from the BTS (Train Station), Phrom Phong Station. Do let them know if you made an appointment and would like a pick-up service from the station.

The rooms here at Oasis Spa Thailand are all twin rooms, perfect for couples to visit. Even with kids, there is a couch in the treatment room where your kids can wait for you while playing their games.

There's a private tub when you can enjoy a nice soak in the sunlight. Adjacent to it you will also find a sauna room where you can detox.Having some ginger tea after the aroma oil massage.

I tried the King Of Oasis Massage that costs 3,900++ THB (S$165++). It is a full body massage that uses aromatherapy oil, combined with traditional Thai massage techniques. It relieves stress through multiple hot compresses on acupoints that loosens stressed muscles. It was a rejuvenating 120 minutes massage that was much needed before my flight back home.

The Traditional Thai Body Massage for 120 minutes starts at 1,700++ THB (S$70++), you know the best part is, if you are the cabin crew or airline staff, you get a 30% discount off any treatment. A really good deal for airline staff! I wished I was one too.
